REPLACEMENT POLICY

CAN I REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT?

Our replacement policy allows you to request a replacement device at no additional cost if the device received by you is defective or is not as ordered. If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept the item and hand the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD. You will be eligible to get a replacement if Our examination of the device shows a defect that qualifies the device for replacement A replacement request is made within 1 (One) day of receipt of the delivery of the order The device has been received in its unused, original condition; and The device has been received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as receipt or proof of purchase, labels, warranty card and any freebies and accessories obtained along with the original product. Please note that this policy will not cover routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during use or any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial or otherwise.

HOW DO I PLACE A REPLACEMENT REQUEST?

I HAVE REQUESTED FOR A REPLACEMENT. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

Please contact our customer care services at 8447109199 or write us @help@styxindia.com. We will connect with you in 1-2 working days. You need to keep the defective device, box, all tags/manual and the original invoice safe to help us resolve your request. We will connect you on call or on mail and try to understand your issue and resolve it. If at all the issue is not resolved, then you need to send us the product back at our Corporate address on a to pay’ basis. The device will be inspected at our service centre and will be certified for replacement if found to be defective, a new replacement device will be shipped to the shipping address. You will receive the replacement within 14 days of receiving the product at our Corporate address. If you don't get the return within the promised date, please contact us immediately. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.
